Who you're buying from

What you're buying

Starter and Complete tiers are digital content — a PDF programme and, on Complete, video exercise demos — delivered as an instant download, for a single one-time payment. Coached is an ongoing monthly coaching service delivered through the Trainerize app, billed £/month until you cancel. None of these are physical goods.

Your right to cancel — and how it applies to Starter & Complete

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period when you buy online. For instant digital content like Starter and Complete, the law allows that right to end early — but only if we get your clear, upfront agreement to start delivering it immediately, and you confirm you understand you're giving up the 14-day right by doing so.

In practice, this means:

• Before you've downloaded anything: change your mind any time — email us and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
• Once your download link has been used: the sale is final. We can't take back a PDF or video once it's been delivered, so refunds aren't available at that point.

Coached works differently — see the section below.

Exceptions — when we will refund you after access

Even after you've accessed your content, we'll put things right if:

• There's a genuine technical fault that stops you accessing what you paid for, and we can't fix it within a reasonable time
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product, reported within 48 hours
• What you received is materially different from what was advertised on the sales page

If any of these apply, email us and we'll sort it.

One-time purchases vs. Coached (monthly)

Starter and Complete are single one-time payments, taken once at checkout. They're yours to keep forever — nothing renews and nothing is billed again.

Coached is different. It's an ongoing monthly coaching subscription at £/month, billed automatically each month until you cancel. There's no minimum term and no lock-in.

How to cancel: email rocky@performancecoachinguk.co.uk any time, or use the manage-subscription link in your payment confirmation email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again after that. We don't refund a billing period that has already started.

Upgrades

If you'd like to move from Starter to Complete, or Complete to Coached, message us and we'll credit what you've already paid toward the higher tier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your other statutory rights as a consumer.
