I built a coaching app for people with full weeks and no time to plan their own training. Your programme sits in it, you log every set as you lift it, and it keeps your PBs and your weight trend, so you can see whether the last six weeks actually moved anything.
You open it, it tells you what you're doing today, you do it. No spreadsheet on a Sunday night, no deciding at the door what session this is.
Try it free for three days. No card, no sign-up form. You tap the link and you're in.
Built and coached by me. Rocky, Level 3 PT, fourteen years in the gym, based at The Gym Group on The Moor in Sheffield.
Dashed tiles unlock when you upgrade.
Add it to your home screen and it opens in one tap.
I'm not going to pretend three days changes your physique. What it does is show you exactly how the thing works before you pay me anything.
Your hub is there straight away. Nothing to install, no password to invent, no card. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like any other app.
There's a session waiting, a straightforward full-body circuit. You log the weight and reps for each set as you go, and it saves as you tap.
Anything you lift lands in Records. Log your weight and it starts a trend line. Three days in, that's a start. Twelve weeks in, it's the whole story.
The trial is free and always will be. Past that it comes down to how much of me you want in it: just writing your training, writing it and seeing you once a week for a block, or writing it and standing next to you for as long as you keep going.
At uni? The Hub is the cheapest thing I sell and the price below is the price you pay, but my in-person coaching carries a reduced student rate on top of it, so start at the student page instead.
Not sure which one? Answer three questions and I'll tell youFor anyone who wants to see the app before spending a penny.
For busy people who train on their own and want the thinking already done.
One payment. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
For busy people who want me in the room once a week, not every other day.
Twelve sessions, and the app stays yours for the year.
9 of 12 in-person slots open.
For busy people who want me in the room twice a week, with no finish line.
£330/month once the founder places are gone.
I'd rather show you the working than put a fake crossed-out number next to it. These are all real prices I charge today.
The catch, stated plainly: the Hub is not the same as being coached. I'm writing your training and pushing you a new block every six weeks, but I'm not reviewing your sessions weekly and I'm not in the gym with you. If you want that, it's Performance Remote or Hybrid, and I'd rather you bought the right one than the cheap one.
I'm Rocky. I've trained in gyms for fourteen years, I'm a Level 3 personal trainer, and I coach out of The Gym Group on The Moor in Sheffield.
Before this I was a prison officer. Twelve hour shifts, nights, and a job that took most of what I had before I'd even thought about training. I know what it is to write a week's sessions on a Sunday and get nowhere near them by Thursday, because the week had other ideas. I also know how easy it is to stop entirely at that point, and how hard it is to start again.
So your programme assumes a real life. The number of days is the number you can honestly train, not the number that would be ideal. The sessions fit the time you've actually got. The kit is kit your gym has. And when the week does fall apart, you message me and I change it, because a perfect plan you can't run is worth nothing.
This reads everything I sell, not just what's on this page. If the honest answer is something other than the Hub, that is what it will say.
Where do you want to train?
This one needs JavaScript. Without it the quickest route is the free assessment, which is where we'd work it out properly anyway.
Then don't buy anything yet. Start the trial. It costs nothing and it answers most of it. If you want it settled properly, book a free assessment and we'll work out whether you need a programme, a coach, or neither.
I'd rather turn you away than sell you the wrong thing and have you quit in six weeks.
